We were in Arizona on a trip. We rented a car and the car was broken into one night. We don't know this area that well but we're glad we found this company. They were my 2nd call off google. We talked to a guy named James. Super friendly on the phone. Within 3-4 hours as promised he was there. A+ service at a great price. I would use them again if needed. Thanks Guys!!

About my two experiences with 1st quality glass:
issue A: When my wife and I first moved into our home, I locked myself out of my house, had to break a pane of glass in my office to get back into my house.
Called these guys, and within the hour they were over to replace it. charged me about 30 bucks for a new pane, came over and installed it, never had any issues since. No leaks, nothing.
issue B: yesterday morning came out to my car to get ready to run a few errands, noticed a crack had developed from a chip in my windshield. Called around to get a repair estimate; called black diamond, called mountain mobile; mountain mobile put me on hold and made me wait for a CSR.. black diamond quoted 25 to fix a crack/chip, and 170 for a new windshield.
Called 1st quality glas, they quoted me about 160. Came out this morning maybe 30 minutes after I called, guy named Frank(owner as far as I can tell) came out, fixed the crack, charged me nothing. asked me if I wanted to risk him drilling a hole in the glass to stop the crack from spreading, I said no, so he just plugged the crack with glue/sealant. After he was done, crack is almost invisible.
I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend him if you ever need glass replaced/repaired.

Amazing service - I called to ask about repairing a chip on my windshield. Frank Shuff, the owner stopped at my home a few hours later, as he returned from some jobs in Whiteriver. He repaired the chip in about 5 minutes, at no charge, no paperwork - just asked me to spread the word to advertise for him. This company definitely has my business in the future.
